Working principle

The C5X series jaw crusher is usually driven by a motor as the power source. The motor transmits power to the pulley through an SPC belt, and the pulley drives the eccentric shaft to rotate to drive the moving jaw body to make complex geometric trajectory swings in space. When the moving jaw plate moves closer to the fixed jaw plate, the volume of the crushing space decreases, and the material in the crushing chamber is squeezed or split. When the moving jaw plate moves away from the fixed jaw plate, the volume of the crushing chamber increases, and the small pieces of material that have been crushed in the crushing chamber are discharged from the lower discharge port, thus making continuous cyclic motion and achieving crushing operation.
